The HC-6K~HC-20K double-temperature series water chiller provides three options of temperature control precision to meet different demands. The water chiller has a refrigeration capacity of 14KW~57.5KW, satisfying cooling requirement of the heat generating equipment with a heating value ≤57.5KW during long-term operation. The water chiller can be air-cooled or water-cooled, air cooling mode does not need external cooling water, so it is more convenient, water cooling mode will discharge the heat to the external environment and will not increase heat to the indoor environment, each mode has its advantages and disadvantages.

1. How long is the warranty?

A: within one year from the date of the factory, if the parts are faulty or damaged (due to quality problems, except wearing parts), our company will provide these parts free of charge.

2. How long is your lead time?

A: We have some in stock. But if it takes about 7-10 working days to produce a set of equipment for a normal machine, it takes about 20-25 working days to produce one or more containers. The customized products will take about 30 working days. You need to negotiate the exact delivery time with our sales manager, which depends on your product quantity and product type.
